CRUX - ERP

With CRUX, the SME's can manage all the various departments of their organization. Functionalities such as multi-company, multi-department and multi cost centers help manage all aspects of the organization. Retail department has the Point Of Sales Module with user-defined sales promotions, salesman targets(daily/monthly) and capturing customer specific details for CRM, to name a few. Wholesale department for e.g. has the sales quotation, delivery order and sales invoicing with customer specific contract pricings and discount percentages. CRUX also takes care of consignment sales with stock levels managed at each customer site. Inventory is managed thru barcodes, user defined item codes and/or autogenerated item codes(based on their classifications).

Modules such as Inventory, Warehousing, POP, SOP, Receivables, Payables, Payroll and Financials are all integrated within. The system provides for bill to balance sheet concept. OLAP tool provides for customized reporting thru drag and drop process. Dashboards provide more in-depth reporting and analysis.

We also provide for rarely connected remote database solutions to the head office. The automated data sync is provided thru VPN(Sonicwall).

Connecting the various modules of hitherto CRUX ERP application to iCRUX with GenAI is a work in progress. This solution would be on-prem and on cloud. Concepts such as interactive digital avatars and RAG assisted virtual AI assistants are the key areas being addressed. IOT(Jetson Orin) and/or PC(RTX-GPUs) based sales kiosks with RAG enabled interactive digital avatars connected to OpenAI shall be some of the key functionalities.

Object Tracking n Inference System (OTIS)

OTIS is an object detection, classification, tracking and inferencing pipeline(ODC-TIP) IOT based system with yolo trained custom models. Data being stored locally(SQLITE in this use case) and interchanged periodically(REDIS scheduler in this use case) over LAN/Wifi or LORAWAN(line of sight). Using MQTT protocol(RabbitMQ in this use case) to transfer data to the SQL backend(POSTGRESQL in this use case) database for reporting/analytiks. Mission critical/anomalies reporting(text and image) can be done directly thru the IOT device over Whatsapp integration.

It’s a hybrid(on-prem n cloud) solution at scale.

Few Use Cases:

Retail : ODC-TIP process can be used to track the footfall to conversion ratio.

FnB : ODC-TIP process can be used in a dine-in ops to evaluate time taken to serve customer on the table once linked to the KDS or KOT system. Achieved thru CAMARRAY connected to the IOT device thereby uniquely identifying each dish moving from kitchen to the serving table. Buffet food cost(linked to CRUX-ERP) for e.g. can be identified, also prompting the concerned personnel(chef) to replenish buffet stocks.

Misc: ODC-TIP process can be used to count objects in predefined area(s) or zones. for e.g. counting people/pets entering and exiting demarcated areas/zones and prompt/trigger action based on use case.
